Welcome to the website of Green Needles Christmas Tree Farm. Our property provides choose and cut Christmas trees in the winter and beautiful cut flowers in the spring/summer/fall.  We even have a wedding venue!  We are located in Bedford County which is very close to Lynchburg Virginia.

Christmas Trees

We offer fresh cut and choose & cut Christmas trees, wreaths, and roping.  We have plenty of fresh cut Fraser Firs.  Also we have a variety of choose & cut trees to choose from: White Pines and some Norway Spruce.  Multiple sizes available (even a few beautiful +10ft trees). Free hot drinks and plenty of family fun! In addition, we are members of the Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association.  

Christmas Tree Farm hours?

We open the Saturday BEFORE Thanksgiving and then every Friday & Saturday thereafter up to Christmas. We are open rain or shine!
Hours of operation are the following:

Fridays:  10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturdays:  9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Prices:

Fresh cut & farm raised trees starting at $69 for a 5-6 ft tree

 

 

 

Green Needles Vineyard & Venue 

We offer an outdoor wedding venue with a panoramic mountain view in a country setting. 

A quiet shady area can be found along the stream with a foot bridge (with arbor). A gazebo is conveniently located on this scenic ridge in addition to an arbor overlooking the mountains.  

Scenic Cut Flowers

We carry a wide variety of cut flowers for multiple occasions (weddings included!).  Come on out and see the fields and pick the type you need for your event.  Don't be shy with a camera...we welcome everyone (please call first).

We are also at Forest Library Farmer's Market on Saturdays and the Lynchburg Community Market on Wednesdays. 

Large quantities of custom cut fresh flowers and woody cuts for that special arrangement. Feel free to give us a call for an appointment.
